Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RAK Ceramics India website, including browsing our product catalogue, placing orders and using any related services (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

The Site is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

We make every effort to display our tiles, sanitaryware and related products as accurately as possible, including colour, finish and texture. However, actual products may vary slightly from images shown on screen due to monitor settings, photography and printing limitations.

Ceramic and vitrified tiles are manufactured in production batches ("batch numbers" or "shade numbers"). Natural variation in shade, tone and texture between batches is a normal characteristic of tile manufacturing and is not considered a defect. We recommend ordering all tiles for a single project from the same batch number wherever possible, and purchasing a small buffer quantity to account for cutting wastage and future repairs.

All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, and the price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is confirmed.

A valid GST invoice will be issued for every order. Freight, unloading and other applicable charges, if any, will be clearly indicated before checkout.

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and confirmation by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock unavailability or inability to verify the delivery address.

You may request cancellation of an order before it has been dispatched by contacting our customer support team. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible and standard return conditions will apply.

All content on the Site, including product images, catalogues, logos, graphics, text and design, is the property of RAK Ceramics India or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAK Ceramics India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or the products purchased through it, including losses arising from installation errors, shade variation, or delays beyond our reasonable control. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the value of that order.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
